HAPTA is nonprofit association organized and operated exclusively to preserve and develop goodwill, exceptional ticketing professionals, excellent customer service and high standards in all aspects of the ticketing industry in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.

The “Annual” Meeting, for the presentation of the slate of officers, is held in July. Election results are announced at the December meeting. New officers assume their positions in January, at the first official board meeting of the year.

HAPTA hosts one meeting per year, which consists of a professional development conference open to both members and non-members. Registration fees apply.
